Arashi Whips Fans Into Frenzy

Popular Japanese pop group Arashi whipped thousands of Korean fans into a state of frenzy, as they staged four sold-out concerts in Seoul over the weekend.
It has been two years since Arashi performed in Seoul, but judging from the deafening screams at the Olympic Fencing Stadium, their fans are as crazy about them as ever. The group is in the middle of a three-city Asian tour, “Arashi Around Asia 2008.”

Arashi’s first Korea tour interview in 2006 and action on stage !
Footage of Arashi’s interview during the Asia Song Festival in 2006 and snippets of the concert during that time can be seen on Daum tv. Arashi is currently in Korea for their 2nd concert, with shows on the 1st and 2nd of November.
Arashi’s members, Ohno Satoshi, Sakurai Sho, Ninomiya Kazunari, Aiba Masaki and Matsumoto Jun are seen excitedly practising their Korean on the plane and it follows with a recording of the press conference.
The members greeted the media in simple Korean but Sakurai Sho proceeded to give a lengthy greeting in fluent Korean. His pronunciation was also admirable and was highly praised by the packed media in attendance. As expected, Sakurai puts in his utmost effort in everything, bravo ! With the concert this time round, he will probably polish up on his Korean further.

Arashi Around Asia 2 2008

After concerts in five domes in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Sapporo, Arashi announced their overseas concerts in Korea and Shanghai. Arashi has hold successful concerts in Korea in 2006, as for Shanghai this is the very first time Johnny’s artist hold a concert.
This second overseas tour will cover 8 concerts in 4 cities with expected 173,000 fans to attend the tour.
The tour will kick off in Tokyo on Sept 5, and then visit Taipei for concerts on Oct 11 and 12, followed by Seoul on Nov 1 and 2, and finally Shanghai on Nov 15.
Great news, tickets were sold out within 30min in Korea.

- Summer Tour 2007 Final Time - Kotoba no Chikara
Arashi was exceptionally successful last year. In spring 2007 they launched their premier tour through Asia with stops in Thailand, Taiwan, and Korea. Shortly afterwards they returned to Japan for their Summer Tour 2007 Time - Kotoba no Chikara. The boys’ nationwide tour lasted from July to October, during which time they took to the stage in Yokohama, Osaka, and finally the Tokyo Dome. Now their live performance on October 8 is available for home viewing. Fans can look forward to many of the group’s best-loved hits including their Oricon No. 1 singles Pikanchi Double and We can make it! and Love so sweet from their best-selling 2007 album Time. Arashi’s smash single Happiness can also be found among the songs on this uncut version of Summer Tour 2007 Final Time - Kotoba no Chikara. To round things off, “Fighting Song”, recorded live at the Yokohama Arena has also been included on this release.

Comment : AWESOME!!! I love this DVD *cough* No, I am not bias LOL As usual you will see high tension Arashi, with an awesome choreography and of course every tiny thing that involving Nino and Ohno. Their MC cracks you up like usual. Nino on piano definitely will make you melted.
